I have a 2002 Tacoma 3.4 and has low idling or stutters when in drive coming to a stop. I cleaned out the maf sensor helped for a bit then went back to the same low idling. The check engine light is on im changing the O2 Senor bank 1 sensor 2 today. Could that O2 sensor be the problem.

Have you cleaned the throttle body? The Idle Air Control (IAC) being full of crap could be the culprit.

That was my next thing to do was to clean and put new gasket on the throttle body and take the iac valve off and clean that as well. I got to do an emission and was wondering if the 02 was causeing the problem cause when i clear the code the idling goes back down to a under 1000 rpms.

Sensor 2 (downstream sensor) primarily monitors the cat efficiency. Its not the cause of your problems unfortunately.
