So I lifted my truck about three years ago and I've had to replace three cv boots so far. i just had my 4th boot blow out and I'm looking at trying to either find a boot that will last with a 3 inch lift or do a diff drop. any advice or recommendations? would lowering the front lift slightly also help? thanks in advance.

You can drop the front and that will help. Diff drop will do nothing to help. Try boot slide mod, high angle boots, or Porshce 930 boots.

Your CV angles look good. Diff seals do not hold up forever. And with the bushing getting sloppy on the driver's side, I figure that side will leak more often. There is probably a reason why both Advance Auto and Autozone carry the drivers side diff seal but neither have the passenger side seal

Edit: They charged you for two dust covers? Apparently they were unable to remove and reinstall originals?
Re-edit: I see now it was CV dust shields.
