I have a '98 Xtracab, and I'm looking to put a sub below the Driver's Side seat. I know Pioneer and some other companies make low profile subs for this purpose.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

I've got a Kenwood KSC-SW11 under the drivers seat. Sounds good for a little sub and fits nicely under the seat.

That's the one I was looking at, what amplifier do you run with it? How good is the sound?

It's a powered sub so the amp is built in. I think it sounds pretty good, but then again I wasn't expecting anything spectacular give the size and power.

Oh damn really? I'm definitely gonna pick this up then. Wiring wise, could you walkthrough what had to be done?
