Xm radio after installing 2015 radio

    so i am retorfitting a 2015 radio into my 2010 trd. i have the color matched antenna on my roof already stock.
    and the 2015 radio im getting has the xm reciever and all that. so what i want to know is what do i need for it to work properly?

    came across this harness

    im just unsure if this is the proper harness i would need to plug into the xm recievrr on the radio?

    Unfortunately no, that cable is for the 2012 and older modules. The connector for the one you are looking for needs to fit into the grey connector in the bottom right corner of the picture you posted.

    so what kind of harness would i need to plug into the connector by the kick panel and than into the back of the xm reciever?

    I'm not sure, there are plenty of adapters on ebay for the older style but I have yet to see one for the newer plug with the rounded bottom. If you are a risk taker and super savvy with a soldering iron you could replace the OEM antenna socket on the back of your radio with something like this:

    then that should work with the harness you listed. But I wouldn't spend $60 on that harness you can get them on ebay for less than $6: (Link)
