My 2001 double cab has the factory keyless entry, which i beleive is the rs3000 system. sometimes when trying to unlock the doors the truck will double beep like the doors unlocked but they dont. i can click the keyless again and it beeps. when i click it again it will double beep and unlock. any ideas on whats causing this? ive bought a new fob and programmed it to the system and a new battery for the fob so fairly certain its something to do with the rs3000 itself or maybe a lock sticking. it doesnt happen everytime i go to unlock the door, maybe one out of every 5 times. wasnt sure if anyone else has had this happen or not.

My issue is the power lock switch on the door works for all doors, but when i use the clicker all doors lock/unlock but the drivers door. SUPER annoying

I would check your 12volt battery. Mine did that and I replaced the battery which was 12 tears old and that took care of it.

When mine acts up it beeps like i was saying in my first post but you cant audibly hear the locks do anything. its like the unit is receiving the signal to unlock the doors but the signal never goes out to actually tell the locks to unlock. when its working correctly you can heard the locks make noise and the doors unlock as theyre suppose to. ive changed my battery not long ago and it didnt make any difference.

If you push the button on your fob and they all lock or unlock except maybe the driver door, it's the solenoid in that door. It will just keep getting worse the more you use it. You might be able to swap between doors and see if it moves to that door.
