Wheelers 1.5 Progressive AAL and Overload?

    Yeah, I'm leaving it in. wheeler's says to trim the overload leaf so it's a tad shorter than the bottom leaf of the 3-leaf aal. I was wondering if the people leaving it in did this or not.

    FWIW, i've had the wheelers 8 leaf for about 20k miles. Winter carry heavier than it should be shell + gear and summer carry Relentless bars with CVT tent. I was bottoming out quite a bit this summer so opted to AAL from wheelers. Once installed, back to good ride height, no bottoming and feel more like the pickup it should be with 3-400 lb constant weight on the rear. I recommend it if you're looking for an overland rig...
