Took few guys from Tacoma forum to a local spot to show around. After all day wheeling. And after dinner driving home I hear a pound banging sound going through bumps. Check under and yea!

My friend said he can cut it and weld new metal.

Anyone have suggestion to maybe relocate the shock mounts ?

Been trying to search for a kit or something. But I have brand new icon 2.5 CDC. And wondering if it's possible to do it with 2.5 and still have good flex. Concern is tire rub.

Doing outboard shock hoops in the fender would be an option, but lots of fab work.

I actually ended up buying new shock mounts from Toyota. Came out to $200 for 2 rear brackets. OEM.
