2001 Stock bumper retrofit after ARB bullbar

I've found a great deal on an ARB bull bar for my 2003 Tacoma, the only catch is I have to swap my stock bumper onto the 2001 when I take the ARB off of it. I've found the ARB mounting kit for the 2003 that I'll need to put the ARB on my 2003 but I'm worried if I'll be able to put my stock bumper on the 2001 after it has had the ARB on it. I saw on the Parks website that they have to cut a mounting location off to put on the ARB. Does anyone know if the stock will fit back on the 2001? Any information is appreciated!!

 

I believe that tacomas earlier than 2001 had longer frames that had to be chopped. It shouldn't of been modified
