1 . Oil - change , types ,synthetic vs dino , viscosity , interval , what filter , etc.( my bad)

    2. tire size and will it fit. including lift height , wheel offset and backspacing , tire rubbing etc.

3 . light bar and or led lights headlights , interior lights etc.

    4. exhaust . exhaust system etc.

    5 . cold air intake .

    6 . fluid film , rust proofing , etc.

7 . auto trans shifting problem including cruise control, flaring ,delay etc.

    8. Radio rebooting

    9. Before taking delivery , things to look for , check ,etc.

    10 . Best model and why , I.E. SR5 vs OR . Sport .

    11. 3rd gen turbo or supercharger .

12 aftermarket bumpers . front and rear

I am sure there are more . post them here and I will add to list . This should make it easier for all newcomers . This is a topic of hurt and pain for newbs and vets here . I have not been here long (posting since march 2016 lurking before) and have never been treated bad , but I see more and more , short tempers about multiple threads about the same thing from people not searching before starting a new thread. Again , I am guilty of this , but have learned the search function is key !

Not a bad idea OP, but in TW tradition it will never ever work and this is now going to become a BS thread

How are the newcomers going to see this thread - maybe if they search?

Silly me but I thought the powers that be would put a final list on top as a locked thread for new people to see first. Oh well , have fun with the same old same old and scare off the new guys.
Most of you are very friendly anyway .

I like this forum, and one thing that I have a problem with is the search, but I am getting better at it. Still think (uneducated) that one thing that would make this forum better is an improved search function. I get your drift about helping new members, and agree.

I think the reasons people ask the same things over and over again is because they feel like the answers to their thread are recommendations specific to them.

As a newbie, that's certainly how I feel. I know I could find the hundreds of threads on LED vs. HID lows, but if I make a thread and multiple people say LED, then that's what I'm going to go with because it makes me feel warm and fuzzy.

Wait until you are insulted and humiliated by asking what is deemed a searchable question . It will not be warm and fuzzy at all . I offered this to help both sides .
