Hey everyone, just wanted to make an official introduction. C4 Fabrication recently became an official vendor on this forum. This thread is to give everyone a heads up that we now have our own sub-forum.

Most of you know C4 Fabrication from the Hood Scoop LED light mounting kits we offer. We have also built custom bumpers, bed racks and swing outs for the 1st and 2nd gen Tacomas.

Here in a few weeks C4 Fab will be moved into a much larger shop location and we will also be getting a hold of a 16' DCSB TRD Off-Road Tacoma to design and build a complete off-road product line up! Watch our sub-forum for the build up of the new 16' Tacoma. All of the products built for this Tacoma will become production items that will be available to 3rd gen Tacoma owners later this year.

Also check out or new website www.c4fabrication.com

    Thanks everyone!

Here are a few pictures of some of the custom Tacoma products we have built so far.

@C4 Fabrication Do you happen to have any pictures of the inside of your rear bumper?
    Thanks.

Our Hi-Clearance model or the direct replacement?

We do not offer any products for the 1st gen at this time.

    That is correct.

    Thanks.
What I am looking for are any "shelves" where dirt and winter crap may collect. Not a big fan of the extra weight they produce. Oh yeah....and the corrosion factor too.

    Thanks!
I understand! Our bumper is designed with some cutout areas on the backside that allow drainage. You can also stick a pressure washer nozzle in the openings on each side of the receiver hitch to wash out any mud that collects in the backside of the bumper.

Just wondering how you shove the hitch pin and clip into the draw bar? How much do you think your hitch would be rated for if it was tested?

You can access the hitch pin hole through the large square cutouts under the license plate.
I'm assuming our bumper would tow the original manufacturer's rating, but we have no way of doing an actual load rating on the hitch.

How is this 'swing out' on the rear working? is it attached to the rack?

After much deliberation amongst a lot of different options I just placed my order for the mid height bars! What's the lead time look like? The height of these bars should allow my RTT to clear my swingaway in my short bed.

Additionally the option of being able to use standard Yakima bike trays on the bars alongside the RTT out of harms way was a great bonus.
