I'm a long time lurker that finally decided to make an account. In May 2015 I bought a 2009 MGM TRD Sport. This is both my first Toyota and first Tacoma. Historically, I've been a Ford guy (2003 F250, 1994 Bronco, 2002 F150 - In that order), but my Tacoma has changed that.

No real mods yet. The Taco came with a snugtop and I went up a size in tires (265/70r17 Cooper AT/3s). Hoping to get a PrInSu Cabrac and a mild lift soonish.

2014 Texas Tech grad, currently working as a Network "Engineer". I grew up in a small town east of Amarillo and lived in Lubbock for 5 and a half years before moving to Fort Worth this past January. Despite my love for TCP/IP, I enjoy spending time outdoors and I've grown to appreciate the outdoors even more since moving to DFW.

Welcome! (Coming from a former Fort Worth resident)

Is that Caprock Canyons SP? One of my favorites! Now that you're in Fort Worth, check out the Fort Worth Nature center on Lake Worth if you haven't already.

Oh, and nice truck  I love that color but I'm a bit biased lol

Good eye! I always enjoyed Caprock Canyons more than Palo Duro. It was always a little quieter. I have not gone to the Fort Worth nature center yet, but it's on the short list.

x2 regarding Palo Duro. Every Texan should visit, but Caprock is my preferred destination. Enjoy the FW nature center! The canyon rim trail is the best of all the trails out there in my opinion.

Welcome from Austin and a former IT guy. Congrats on the post-graduate job and your new lifestyle. The Toyota is just one less thing you'll have worry about. It won't let you down.
