    I feel that way every time they "play". More like some well-intentioned folks show up to the stadium wearing Browns uniforms. I'm not sure if I can call what they do "playing" football.

    Pretty great! I smoked it about 5 hours them wrapped it and left it stay in a cooler for a couple hours. Very moist.

    There is a pic in this thread of the finished product and also the smoker thread and the wild game thread... But i feel like u saw that pic since u posted a grouse receipe. About a 1/4" smoke ring and good crispy fat
