MAF / cool air intake

I have an '05 with a 2.7l. Love it, but can't get out of it's own way. I put a cool air intake but used the factory MAF sensor. It kept giving me a MAF code. Put the factory intake back, and the code went away. Is there an after market MAF sensor that is high flow compatible?
