look around on here, you might find something else you like.
The ARB is really more for offroad, mind you pretty much all bumpers are but the ARB has hilift points and obviously the winch. If you have no plan on using either might be able to find something else you like as well that may save some weight.

I love the ARB mind you lol. Its the bumper I plan on getting but that's cause I need a winch and hilift points are a nice plus side.

Yeah, I don't off road lol. The winch could come in handy in the winter time. Hi lift points, eh, not necessary. I have always attributed ARB as the best looking, most functional bumper for trucks. But that is just my opinion (and what does that really matter if I have never had a metal bumper lol).

Was just suggesting look around you might find something else you like too.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Get one of them there new fangled aluminum bumpers if you're going to lose sleep over 140 lbs of "street lovin'" hanging off the front end.

Correct, I've got a silver DCSB OR 6MT (holy acronyms, batman!)

I probably won't go ARB this time simply because I'm more than likely not going to be able to justify dumping piles of money into this one like I could before I had a house and concrete plans for a family. I would get an ARB in a heartbeat if I could justify it.

To answer the suspension I had it with the OEM pieces for about a year and didn't find it all that bad. I did lose 0.75 to 1" of wheel gap but it wasn't awful. I ended up with Eibach 620 springs and Bilstein 5100s @ 0.85 to get the stance in my signature picture.

Since your OEM bumper isn't totally ruined it would be a good filler for the truck since there are gaps between the OEM and ARB.

ARB is the way to go. Intimidation factor for one: people will cut you off less when they see that thing coming. And you won't have to worry about deer jumping out in front of you. And ARB is airbag certified so it won't trigger them ($$$) if you bump something at 2mph.

But it sounds like the fact that it's in stock and the others aren't will make it an easy choice.

Not sure what you know about body work, but it looks like the fender and hood need replacing. I had a door off a building fall off in a storm and gouge my lower bumper and valance. $1600 just for that. Theres so much plastic that gets jacked up when hit, good shops dont patch and paint plastic parts, they replace.

I would stay stock bumper. Metal bumper attached to the frame might cause more damage if hit hard enough.

Get a plate bumper and have it installed for you... make a deal with the person that backed into you, see if they want to pay for it for you. If not get a $4K check from the insurance co. get a plate bumper and take family on a weekend get a way with all the extra coin you just saved. Problem solved.. next time you wont even get a scratch! FTW
