    That truck was a hotrod man! I never got around to modding it. All I had done before I wrecked was put 6x9s in the rear. Luckily, able to recover them and the rest of the stereo that was still in boxes to be installed.
    Happened during break when I came home from college for Christmas, about 2 PM on Christmas Eve.

    Was coming up on a 'narrow' bridge, plenty wide enough for 2 decent size vehicles to pass. Someone driving in the middle of a 2-lane road, I corrected to avoid head on. Dropped pass side wheels off the road, not enough clearance to get back up on the road. Before I knew it, I watched the yellow bridge sign disappear in front of me then felt a massive impact. Blacked out, came too in my truck, crushed under the roof, facing the opposite way I was driving.
    The bridge only had about 1' tall concrete walls either side, no guard rails. The wall was just tall enough to catch the giant piece of plate across the bottom that protects the steering components, flipped ass end over head, landed upside down on the side of the bridge crushing the roof on my head, neck, and right shoulder. Then rolled off the bridge and somehow landed on my wheels in the water.
    The wheel you see in the bed still had the shock and all components attached, it was laying up on the road. The dash was in my lap, glass embedded all over. Had my seatbelt on at least.
    Asshole that ran me off the road didn't even stop.
