Ok I have a question. I know it has been ask and I did use the search at the top. I am going to be ordering Bilstein 5100 and OME 882X. With the 5100 set at 0 the OME should give 2 3/4'' lift. Now for the question. Will they be able to align the truck with the stock UCA with this set up? If not would the OME 881x be a better choice with only 2'' of lift? And should I go on and order the Toyota Cam Bolt Kit when I order the lift? I know all this has been asked on here before. I have read post for a few days and not found what I was looking for.

I have the 5100/OME 881 setup and I did not get the amount of lift that OME advertises with the 881s, I only got about an inch of lift (their site says 2"). I have the v6 and 4x4 so my front end is on the heavier end of the stock spectrum, but just a heads up...in hindsight I wish I had opted for a taller coil. I ended up lifting the 5100s to the first setting (.85) to help lift it up in the front more.

If you do get 2.75" lift in the front you should really look into some aftermarket UCA's, the closer you get to 3" the more necessary they are. I have the SPC Light Racing UCAs and they work great.

Mine is a v6 also the it has the same weight up front and yours. So if the 881 didnt give you 2 inchs maybe the 882x will get me close to 2''.

Or if you want to save the cash get the 1999 front 4runner limited springs and get the same lift. Rock auto has them cheap. 2 year and mine are yet to sag like the ome
