Yeah - the fog rolling in at sunrise certainly was odd. The warm weather this late is no bueno... but it looks like we'll finally get some cool temps this weekend.

Another boring photo of my truck. My brother-in-law snapped this when we mountain biked on Friday.

Needs an update of some sort. Maybe I should go ahead and order the front bumper I want.

^ Love the kicks. +1 on the front bumper. My only complaint about the 3rd gen front end is the huge Jay Leno chin hanging at the bottom. Mine should be here in a few weeks, just have to get the balls to cut my bumper:sawzall:

Where's that trail? I've been looking for some fun light off-roading in Western Mass & CT for my stock DCLB.

This is Nepaug State Forest in New Hartford. The trails are legal if they are marked on the map/navigation. If you go off the trail you risk getting a ticket by the DEEP as those trails are for hunting use only. Not too many trails in Nepaug that are legal and fun though. The fun ones are always forbidden haha! Wheel at your own risk

Ok last picture of the trip... 300lbs of deer meat, 500lbs of pecan, plus gear. She was definitely kissing the bump stops on some highway undulations, but managed 18 mpg @ 75 mph.

Started the trip with ~500 miles on the ODO... added another 600 heavy use miles hauling crap up and down hills, sliding around in the mud, and creeping through poorly maintained farm roads.

All I can say... I *ucking love this truck!

My dealer found one they could get for me but I'm in Afghanistan until the end of Dec. If I was home last week I could have took delivery. They didn't want to trade a vehicle and have to wait for me to get home so I placed a deposit and just ordered one. Hopefully they will come through and have it waiting for me :).

Did you dip your tailgate or use vinyl?

I recently painted my the TOYOTA letters on my TRD pro grille black... But I decided to take them off again and repaint them QS tan to match the truck.. I liked the letters black but I kind of wanted the letters to stand out alittle more.. So Here's how it turned out..

I really like this, but I'd be afraid they wouldn't stick on as well after I had pulled them off.
