What's going on with my projectors?

I just installed new headlights and went to aim them and this is what I see. Anybody know what the issue may be? This is the straightest I could get them.

Not level at all, hope you haven't epoxied them in yet.

Supposedly professionally built.

Will reach out and see what I can do about replacements.

 

There's a screw that adjust em.Never seen new ones come out like that. My retros only needed to raise up but were straight

 

The adjustment screws adjust up/down, right/left. Not roll of the cutoff horizon.

 

Guess he's got a unique set of headlights then.

wow. what projectors are installed? like previous people mentioned. it is not leveled at all. the stock adjusts on the headlights only adjust the horizontal and the vertical.. this is a rotation issue.

hope you didnt spend a ton on that...

 

Indeed spent money on them. Other than this the build quality looked great. Pretty disappointed.

Have they contacted you back yet? I ordered from them in OCT 24, and they havent replied to my emails and their site appears to be down right now

 

Depending on the style of projectors they used, you should be able to rotate them a bit in the housings to get them level.

See how these ones have the set screw on the back? If yours do, you should be able to gently grab the lights with something like a groove joint plier and rotate the light.

 

I ordered mine on the 17 of this month! I'm hoping they were just out for the holidays! I'm trying to get mine before I get deployed in Jan. I've messaged them on Facebook if I don't hear anything back I'll shoot them an email as well. Hope that was just a small error on there part with the headlights.

 

Hey sorry for the delay. Yes I finally heard from them a week or so ago. They definitely are not prompt with their response times. They recommended I send them back to them to be adjusted which i'm going to do because not only are they not straight but the smoked turn signal covers seem to be melting? Guess I need to swap to LEDs in there.

Now to find the time to take them off, put back on my old ones, re package them, ship them out, and then wait who knows how long to get them back.

 

Other then this issue they do look VERY good installed. Very good.

 

How long did it take to get your order ? I still haven't heard from him yet and I'm getting worried due to me going TDY in Jan for 3 months and I don't want it to be delivered after I'm gone and sure out side in the Negitive temps not to mention some one steals it as well. I've already sent 2 Emails with my number and asking him to call me.
Any thing you can do to help or how he got ahold of you ? I ordered mine last month on the 17th. I just wish he have better customer service!!!!

 

It took a bit. Maybe a month max? I reached out on their Facebook page ( ) and got a response a day or so later and then eventually got an email response as well. Id just try all their social media.
