Fort Collins/Denver area Christmas tree run

I've seen a million tacos in this region and would love to have a meetup this season.

Thinking maybe a meet and greet somewhere at the base of the mountains, then a big taco convoy up into the mountains for some off road/snow trail runs and of course the mass cutting of Christmas trees.

Not sure on the exact date or dates but if I get enough feedback in here, that will help me figure out a place and time. All suggestions are welcome as far as dates and places to go. Would love to turn this into an annual event. Family will be welcome and encouraged.
