I will get a picture up here in an hour or so. I think I found my dashboard buzzing. When opening the passenger side front door there is a panel that is hidden when the door swings shut. When I tap mine it is just a bit loose, the drivers side is solid. I need to add a bit of black tape to the connectors or some felt tape.

I don't want to break the piece. Currently I have a car towel sandwiched between the door and dash. It has solved the problem, now its time to make it permanent. Don't really want to pry with a screwdriver either.

Heres what it looks like behind the panels. They simply pop off with a little force.
Its mainly 2 pieces. a big piece on front and a flat panel on the side. i started by opening the glove box and pulling down at a 45°, then pulling the side flat panel off.

I did this to run a usb power cord up the a pillar.

I just need the small panel on the side off. Not the glove box or whole side piece. That seems a bit excesive for my needs. But I thank you for the tips. I'm wondering if I can apply some pressure from the back with a screw driver handle

Mine was somewhere around the passenger dash speaker cover. Took that off and there is like a plastic piece that goes up into the pillar, in regards to the cover. I also put rubber down between the cover and pillar. Vib gone.

I can't believe they would fix a buzzing noise if it is not affecting performance. The time it took me to find the buzzing is unbelievable, even with passengers trying to help.

However, I did get the panel off and the sound stopped. Put some rubber tape behind it and reinstalled. No more buzzing. I had tried several different fixes over the past 3 weeks. All of them listed on this site where not my issue. It was this panel. It was just a bit lose.

I had a bit of a rattle too, but it was my son's gum container in the back cup holder. That was an easy fix.
