05-11 vs. 12-15 seats

    I am looking to replace the drivers seat in my 05 tacoma and I found one from a 2012 tacoma for sale. both my seats and the one for sale are TRD.

    Are the colors and seats the same? I know the 12 has an airbag but aside from that is all else equal? also will i have issues with the seat belt detector?

    Those are the only concerns I forsee, any other comments are appreciated
