I recently painted my the TOYOTA letters on my TRD pro grille black... But I decided to take them off again and repaint them QS tan to match the truck.. I liked the letters black but I kind of wanted the letters to stand out alittle more.. So Here's how it turned out..

You are or correct the dealerships all get them confused because of how they show up in the system. I bet a lot of people are making that same mistake

Thanks  yeah it's a must...well unless you have a silver Tacoma then the silver letters will look just fine. but in my case color matching them was my only option

I put like 8 - 10 coats of Matte Black Plasti-Dip on mine prior to installing. Plus I did the "TOYOTA" letters in a Dark Gray Dip.

I didn't like that shiny black plastic look. I prefer the Matte Black, and I figured it would give it a little extra protection from road rash. Came out good, I'm very pleased with it.

Did the install myself, very easy I must say. Well actually everything I've done so far has been fairly easy to do.

Except maybe my Heavy Duty Skid Plate. LOL.
That thing was heavy and a pain to hold with one hand while trying to get the bolts in with my other hand.

Anyway, here's a pic of mine.
    Thanks
    Norma

Maybe I'm not sure. If you follow the river out of town on that main road people take to the camp sites. It's basically as far as you can go back.

Then I decided that the grille needed to be part of the truck's "theme".

    Theme:

    So, I did this:

To b honest I really do think the pro grille is the best looking grille out there
Not only for the Tacoma but for any truck
