    Yeah, not sure where I will use it. But couldn't pass up making one.

    Have also designed a new grill emblem, some lego minifigures, and a light bar that mounts through the grill. Now if I could only get the students to stop hogging all the machines and tools they pay good money for I, could finish some projects.

    Wasn't just today, the actual project started Sunday evening but due to responsibilities I finished it up tonight.
    Light bracket and switch mount for the tractor, bolts into the ROPS and only has a short (~10") wiring run due to factory wire locations.
    It can be aimed vertically and horizontally and the mount is just about bombproof, especially compared to the light.

    I'll be working on it tomorrow, skipping class so I can get some stuff done.
    First thing in the morning I'll be taping off the rest of the stripe on the wall and getting the base coat on and then I'll finish up the bed.

    I am going to put a support under the frame, the studs are fine with the linear weight but the cantilever weight I think is pushing them a little bit further than I'm comfortable with.
    It's removable so I can try it with and without if I want.

    I've been into making rings lately. on the left is my wedding band, titanium with copper inlay. middle is a tiny wrench pinky ring for my wife, and right is walnut with turquoise inlayed made from the same piece of wood that I made her engagement ring box out of last year. made on my south bend 9" lathe.

    I cut a small dovetail shape groove into the metal, then cut a thin ring of copper, cut it to break the circle, bent it out into a straight line, got it red hot and hammered it into the dovetail. It filled the space since it was permeable and won't come out. after it cooled, a few passes on the lathe cleaned it up.
