Not sure I can wade through 99 pages to see if this has been talked about... sorry. Is there a spray paint that matches the blue? I've heard of places online to buy some, but it's $25+... thought I would check in here. Gotta paint the bumper end caps...

I did. I searched on blazing blue pearl paint, blue spray paint and blazing blue spray and none of the results were relevant results.

You'll learn through trial and error. You're being too specific in your search.

too specific? "Blue" returns way too many hits. "Blue paint", "Spray paint" and "your mom" resulted in nothing relevant. :D
(not implying your mom, just a generic joke, so don't take offense).

As far as trial and error... I've been searching forums for 15+ years... I know how to search a forum and what key words to use to get results. thanks.

I'm a member of four different forms and the search feature on all of them are very different from each other. The reason I say too specific is because after one search I found two results on this very thread of people specifying the paint that was used.

Oh really? What search did you perform to get said results?

Edit: I searched "spray paint" in this thread only and there was 1 other person that asked about spray paint and no one answered...

Another good thread to search is the "What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today" thread, but it's hard to find answers sometimes 'cause there's so many posts. I wish this forum would add links to the bottom of each post to other posts that quoted it.

Here's a link to said thread, where I asked a guy what paint he used. This is the best color match that I've seen, haven't bought the paint yet personally though. Follow the quote links to get back to the pictures of it: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...-3rd-gen-today.399305/page-1671#post-13393737

I have officially joined the Blazing Blue Pearl family tonight after trading in my 2013 prerunner for a 2017 TRD Off-Road DCSB. Pretty excited about it, plus the payment is lower since I have a much better interest rate now. I'll throw up some photos when it is day time.

24 on highway? I get 18. Does yours not shift town to 4th on the slightest uphill getting 10 mpg until the next downhill slope?

Painted the bumper end caps this weekend... I used duplicolor t256 dark blue as a base color and duplicolor intense blue pearl as top coat. Then 2 coats of clear coat. Turned out really nice.

Finally got around to a nice clay bar & Klasse sealant application between rains in the PNW. Now up close i can only barely see the aftermarket pinstripes from some tight trails, funny how they're heavier on the driver side. Gotta even them out...

PNW must be the place to go for BBP. Got mine in Bend.
