    Hello,
Bought some new headlights for the truck. I understand how to adjust the problem is on the passenger side I can't get it adjusted enough downward without the adjusting screw popping out. I took the headlight out today and put it back in to make sure it was in the correct way. Any advice how to get a more downward aim?
    Thanks!

    Use a longer screw?

(if I understand your issue correctly)

I will say I'd be concerned about the quality of product assembly if it's so far out of whack that the normal adjustment range is inadequate.

So far I've been thru some heavy rain with them and they didn't leak and never had moisture in them. I don't drive a lot at night until this time change and never thought about adjusting until recently. Hoping I don't have to buy another set somewhere...thanks for the info

Not that kind of assembly particularly. It may be sealed fine. But the fitting/alignment of the internal components. Something is out of whack if it can't be aimed within the range of adjustment the truck came with.

Of course I'm assuming the truck has never been hit on that side, and if it was, the headlight pocket was properly replaced.
