Had some help installing the sliders this afternoon. @RelentlessFab, there is a bracket on the pass side that didn't line up with any of the cutouts on the slider....maybe we can come up with a solution when my truck is in your shop in January for the winch tray.

They stick out a bit more than the factory tube steps which will be helpful when loading things on the roof.

If you're referring to the bracket that holds the wiring connector, I wouldnt even bother with it. Never understood why they added that back in '12

 

Thanks....that's the bracket I was referring to.

Also, I've decided on the Warn M8000s. I'll reach out in the next month or so to get it ordered.

Sick today (fucking head cold) so after my Dr appointment I decided to clear my head a bit.

I can see my office from here. Seemed like a good spot for lunch.



After some potstickers and soup I headed out a bit further and worked on sighting this in


Steel is my favorite target material...wonder if @RelentlessFab would be interested in cutting some targets? Maybe we could put something together with some scrap?

Thanks Chad. Things are going....getting some of my strength and stamina back (I can climb a flight of stairs now without having to sit down) and ready for the next round. Working on a career change right now to get into something less stressful.

Last but not least, snowed last night and roads were a bit icy this morning. 2wd with traction control turned off FTW!!!!

 

Well fuck. Blood counts back down so I don't qualify for the immunotherapy trial. Infusions scheduled for the next two weeks to try to get back into the normal range.

Effective Jan 1st I'm moving into a less stressful role at work...unfortunately less stress means less pay so the build is going to be on hold for a bit after the winch and Relentless winch tray are installed in January.
