    lets clear this up now, ya know when you want a home inspection, you pay a guy to come tell you what your problems are, but by paying him your not actually fixing anything, well, thats me, you guys are paying me and i can tell you whats wrong, but if you want anything done, its gonna cost ya....except for maybe the home repairs, as we can help eachother on that one ;)
