Ah nice! I've done finger lakes it's nice..its got trees so you won't get blown around like I did at Phillips lake. I go to little Dixie once in a while to fish. I'm surprised I haven't seen you around I drive a grey fj cruiser now

I normally drive a 2006 Scion Xb...my kayak is 13.5 long, it doesn't mind crosswinds so much.
    My dog loves it :D

Have you been up to Rudolph Bennett up by Clark? 30 mins north of Columbia on 63. Tons of flooded timber - you can get in there and haul out bass and crappie. I love fishing it in my kayak. Lately I've been making the trip up to Mark Twain and setting jugs for cats in the kayak. Tough to navigate the main channel though - I've been caught out in 2-3' swells out there.

Any Tacomas going to the 100 Acre Wood Rally this Friday and Saturday?

You can get all the pertinent information here:

    http://www.100aw.org/

Stages are located between and around Steelville, Potosi, and Salem.

My wife and I were between Steelville and Potosi off Hwy. 8 Sunday. We were scouting viewing locations and getting GPS coordinates for Fridays Race Stages.

I pretended I was driving this:

In reality, we looked more like this:

If you haven’t ever seen a Rally Stage, it’s a blast. 100AWR is scheduled a little later in the spring this year to avoid winter weather. Stages will be fast and after this weeks rain; dust will be at a minimum.
