Why would you have to run conduit inside the barn?

Not in a house, but in a shop environment where it's likely exposed.

Is the wiring in your house exposed or protected in the stud bays ?

I want to keep the functionality of the original switch, but add the option of wirelessly turning on and off the lights, simulating a 3 way.

In other news, I finally skinned the door frame for my compressor shed and added the OSHA approved safety sign.

Anyone refinish hardwood floors before? I got quoted 5400 to sand and stain about 1200 sq ft, 150 of that laying new wood in the kitchen to patch it in.

Getting a second quote but I'm seriously considering renting a orbital sander and doing it myself, and have them only patch the floors

Seems a little high but it's a lot of work lol - they're gonna have to tear out your baseboard and reinstall when finished. Plus time between coats of finish so they'll have to come back a few times
Don't use the water based finish!

Can you not do virtually the same thing inside a barn? Just keep the wires stapled and away from where they could be easily damaged.

Satoshi, debadged, rear view mirror bracket, tail gate hose clamps, trimmed mud flaps.

To add, don't use water based stain either. Stick with Oil based stain and poly.

My step-brother does hardwood floors and quoted me a "family price" of $2 a sqft to refinish and $5 to install new and finish. Seems high but you might not be too far off depending on what you have and where youre at.

Yea I know is it takes at least three passes with the sander and it's pretty labor intensive. Yea the guy said water based doesn't cover floors really well and gets splotchy. The next guy quoting me is a family friend so he might be lower. Been reading up on tutorials and diys and it doesn't look so bad.
