Ok, so I've got a 2004 5 lug 2.4 xtra cab that I'd like to find more info on, I've searched everything, and I'm still not sure what I need to do.
I'd like to lift the front just an inch or two, but I don't want to do a spindle lift or a set up that calls for fab work and welding.
I saw the spacers from Fat Bobs, and some others that I think were called Daystar? Would those be my best bet?
Also looking at new wheels, probably gonna stay at 15", I'd like to put 235/75/15 on them like I had on my old prerunner, any particular offset/backspacing that I should look for with the wheels?
And I think they use the Bilstein 4600 on all 4 shocks, just keep those? Do I have a better option that will fit this 2004 5 lugger?
I see alot more options for 2005+ models, just looking for some input. Thanks!

I got spindles for my 1st gen when I got 235/75/15 tires. I like them a lot. With spindles, you can keep your stock suspension in the front, which was perfect for me. I got bilstein 5100 for the rear and progressive AAL.

All I wanna do is level out the front and I guess I just have to lift the whole thing, lol...
A friend of mine that is a suspension guru and has an old 4runner highly advised against spindle lifts, he's gonna ask his partner that has a ton of experience with Tacomas for suggestions.
He does fab work and welding and does great work, I think I'll hold off a bit and see what we can plan out.
He does do a good bit of work for insane off road suspensions, which I told him I didn't need, so we're looking at options.
Dang 5 luggers being so difficult...we're gonna figure this out. Thanks for the input, if all else fails or gets too costly, I'll probably end up with spindles.
