Glock 17 if you want the full frame size, with the most round capacity, and less concealability than the G19.

Glock 19 if you want a little less size than the G17, and a little less ammo capacity, but a little more concealability.

Glock 21 if you want the size of the G17, with a larger caliber .45ACP, less ammo capacity, and the least concealable.

Weigh those and you should be able to get a pretty good idea of which one to get. No one here can tell you what you need beyond that.

I'd call the 21 the least concealable due to the frame width

Well, did you buy the Glock 19 yet? You won't regret it. I like mine.

I work for Atlanta PD and we are issued Glock 22. We're processing those out to go to the 17 because the 9mm are easier to shoot. I carry the 43 as a back up and off duty and absolutely love it. I think if you are going to get a CCW as well as a full size you should get the 17. If not I would want to get the 19 because it's a little smaller and would be more comfortable to conceal while still being only a little smaller than a full size.

I have had many guns. Glocks are ugly and plain looking but they work overtime all day long. All my handguns are Glocks. Sigs are just as good and prettier but more money.

    I've had a G19, G21 and G26. Still currently have a G17 and G43.

The only one I regret getting rid of is my G19. I am going to buy another on in the future when I have some extra $.

I EDC a G19. The slide was milled by Suarez International for the Trijicon RMR. The barrel is from Gemtech, trigger and magwell are from Suarez, stainless pins are from Glockwerks, IIRC. I carry it with a G17 mag w/ Glock +2 extension and the spare mag is the same.

I have 2 Dale Fricke holsters to choose from depending on if I am carrying with the light or without. I also have a minimalist holster from Suarez (small fold of Kydex that clips over the trigger guard & a belt loop). It is by far one of the most comfortable ways to carry since it affords a little more movement of the pistol in relation to my body position (i.e. sitting/driving). I like the looks of the Berkut holster developed by Sonny Puzikas and Liion Defense, but, as of my last conversation with Sonny, they don't anticipate making a version to accommodate the RMR.

Too poor to list anything interesting.
Went with a 27 for the truck and taking it on camping/backpacking trips.

Hasn't been mentioned here, but I like the gen 2 Glock 23. Fits my hand, feels right. Small enough to carry. I upgraded mine with a KKM .357 sig match barrel, and night sights. I keep it full (yes Martha, one in the tube) of 1350fps. 505ft.lb. CorBon DPX.

I've had my 17 since 98 and it still runs great. (Made a rhyme didn't mean to.) But my EDC and hunting sidearm is a 23 loaded with Win. Ranger ammo. If I had to do it over again I would have went with the 19 instead of the 23 due to the fact I'm trying to minimize the calibers I use.

Due to ammo costs, i will take the 9mm over the 45. Only because i shoot alot. If you shoot 1000rds a year or so, it might not be a big cost difference. I tend to shoot about 4-5K rounds a year.

    sweet... couple of questions...

How do you carry it? is it comfortable?

I see a lot of guys edc a 19, it just seems a little large to me to conceal, i carry a g43 , and sometimes thats even printing, depending on the t shirt.
