I'm assuming you mean 4" backspacing, rather than offset. Wheelers has a 4" BS black steel wheel for cheap.

    Do you mean Back spacing?
If so, there are alot of wheels out there with a 4" BS. Depends on what style you are looking for. Check out Pro Comp wheels.

I would imagine Moto Metal does. However mine are 17inch wheels with 4.5" back spacing.

not too many wheel companies are making new styles in 4" backspace... with all the new trucks coming out with 5.5" backspace stock, 4.5" seems to be common ground now... some of the old black steel wheels are still in 4" in 16s but anything in 17s are going 4.5" at best...

on a 1st gen, the 8 inch wide wheel is more proportionate in a 15 or 16 inch diameter...

as for tires, MTs are not always road friendly, but try to go with a wheel that has the most tread depth brand new... for instance, a pro comp xterrain comes brand new at 16/32 while the xt all terrain comes at 20/32...

personally i have had good luck with the Firestone Destination MT, Cooper STT, and BFG KM2...

of the 3, i like the durability of the KM2s

Goodyear MTRs are supposed to be great too but heavy. Same with the Toyo Open Country MTs.
