So as some of you know there are a lot of new members in the area now. Its been about 2 years since we did a huge meet, the last one I can think of was the Papago Park meet that @amaes set up. I have been talking with a few members about doing a meet like that in the near future. If anyone has suggestions on location and date that would be helpful as I would like to come up with something that a lot of people could attend and we could invite the AZ Tundras, 4Runners, and AZ FJ. So if anyone has any ideas put them in the thread and we could come up with something.

Papago was a good spot but costs monies. What about a 2wd and trail pig sized offroad location?

    Like a cove off Bartlett

Can you get back to the big camping spots at 7 springs again? There is 2 big areas there.

Also there is a big lot at Bartlett. Nice area and those who want to go play can go fly up 11 mile wash or even go back on 42 since it was being fixed last year.

Id say an off-road spot would be cool. That way if people want to camp, wheel or just flex they can.

The locations are big enough for Tundras, 2wd accessible and lead to decent wheeling for the ones who want to.

How about rolling this into the Riverview Toyota meet that Chris is planning? Seems like a perfect opportunity to get everyone out since they are giving us virtually the entire back lot.

Jamie and I discussed this, Jon presents the correct argument about dealer sentiment around here. I however will be there with both trucks and the EZ-Up

    Truth..

When a business repeatedly lies or screws up, it kills it for me.

Also this should be run through our resident #saftey crew. A dealer parking lot may not be up to code.

Don't know about all that, but do know they've been really good to me and quite a few others.. Though, like everyone else, I am sure they aren't perfect

I know man. I really do. Im not a huge asshole all the time. Im glad that the sales people came through for a few of you guys. Im more than aware its the service department that typically fucks a relationship.
I guess I feel that there is a hidden agenda behind such a gathering offered by a dealer but I also understand that its a business as well.

Count me out for a dealer meet, but a maybe if it is out of the city.
