04 Double cab exhaust recomendations

Hi Fellas, I have to replace my muffler and it just so happens to be tax time so I will have some $$ soon. I was thinking of doing a cat back system and was hoping to get some reccomdations. A friend of mine says I should do cold air intake as well if I do this. He also mentioned maybe changing out the chip as well. I have an 04 double cab V6 with 136k on it. I was hoping to keep this under/around $1,000 if possible.

I like the TRD cat back & CAI... But after being on here I would go TRD cat back with a deckplate mod.
