Or he could just ship to all of us that paid.

But if only the first 50 get their snorkels I better be getting a refund.

I didnt mean anything by this.

How about he ships the snorkels that have sold, and doesnt hold the rest of the group buy accountable for the unsold ones? Thats on him that he ordered too many, without selling all first

By my count 61 people have paid $335. That means Mahalo is in possession of $19,825 of community money. I think that warrants a bit more clarity.

    Also:

1: Judging from this thread we will never reach 100 people

2: So what happens when we never reach 100 people?

A lot of promises were made to us first 50.

There was a lot of anxiety with the 1st GB and he came through then. He'll make it right.

I'm sure he'll come through and we'll all get what we paid for, but...... that still doesn't make it right.

While I'm not quite as worked up about this as some people understandably are this was not the deal as presented to us whether we were in the first 50 or those of us that signed on after that. We were made to believe that if signed up and paid our snorkels would be shipping out as soon as the container ship arrived and the parts were received in the US.

I am willing to wait a little longer because I wasn't expecting to get a chance to install until after the new year anwyay but I think we all deserve some clarification on what to expect and for the second 50 if we will ever even have a chance of seeing the parts that we have already purchased if another 40 orders don't materialize. Otherwise I would be more than happy to pay an extra $35 to order one from an in-stock website.
