    Just curious, do you always hand out a dui to a drunk person on a bike? Seems to me the only person they could hurt is themselves, so I don't care personally. But I'm not a cop either, just curious.

    You all need to come to Germany... land of enforce parking rules:

    Someone runs into your car and you were illegally parked? Can't report it, your fault. I've seen cops show up to a reported "hit and run" see that the "victim" was illegally parked, and ticket them and say it is their fault. It is glorious to watch.

    My uncle friend almost got a dui on a horse dead shit serious. He didn't want to drive to 7-11 which was 3 miles away so he got on his horse with a flash light. Good thing the cop was a really good family friend.
