In all seriousness guys it might be worth contacting PayPal and see about getting some visibility with this. I'm sure many probably gifted, but with this many participants there could be another approach that PayPal might be able to do? At a minimum it's worth checking into it.

This has now become the non Ramon gb that people come to for Ramon gb sign up cuz this gb doesn't produce the product like Ramon gb's do.

 

Just making an assumption here, but I would guess that he doesn't have enough money to pay for the 100 snorkles, and they will not release the shipment to him until the bill is paid in full.
