Bike wanders into lane traffic and somebody swerves to avoid the bike and ends up causing a wreck.

A bike rider or pedestrian can cause a lot of damage to a vehicle as well as causing wrecks.

Its hard to tell as I snapped it while driving by, but this asshole Jeep parked it right in the middle of the freeway!

    IMG_9445.jpg

You can see the driver of the Jeep's feet as well as the driver of the Camry that the Jeep rear ended. Of course a minor accident they work out on the road instead of pulling over to the shoulder during morning traffic

On most freeways down here in southern california there's signs that say "minor accident, pull over to shoulder" How people manage to be so oblivious baffles me

How do you know this person is not handicapped? Do you know for a fact they are not? Maybe the placard is on the dash, did you closely look for it? It's not really blocking the ramp and maybe they needed the extra room is why they are so far over in the space since there isn't much extra space where the stripes are at on the drivers side. This person might have a wheelchair and therefore are parking to the right to allow space in case someone parks to the left of them? Heck, I see old people with walkers getting out of their cars that are practically bouncing of other cars because they don't have enough room when they don't have enough room on the sides. I bet if the door was open all the way, it would be pretty close to be on the line for the other parking space?

Lol, way to make a HUGE assumption:facepalm:. I was standing right there when the dude whipped into the parking lot and literally RAN in to grab his latte. And yes the ass end of his truck was partially blocking the ramp which YOU obviously cannot see, notice the tire and bed of his truck in the striped 'no parking area'? . I asked him why he felt the need to park in a handicap spot and he said it's fine "he will only be a second".... = DBag.

You gotta park like that on their driver side. Not much use to do that to their passenger side.

I was the first to park in this lot, before the snow melted enough that you could see the lines. The two cars on either side of me and the two behind me also parked before the snow melted. Which ones count as assholes? At least the red Nissan and whichever of the two at the top that parked second are, in my book.
