The difference with us from tcbob is tcbob has some level of jurisdiction on this forum being a mod on TW. Will be curious what comes out of their interaction, but Im sure tcbob has more actions available to progress this situation beyond what it is now than either of us. Its just a matter of time now.

Not to be a negative nancy but short of posting a disclaimer in the header of the forum I doubt the good folks at TW want, in any way, to be involved in the dealings between members. That is what the protections offered by PayPal are for. I know it sucks to get dragged down into the once promising quagmire that is this GB, hopefully some resolution is achieved in the end, be it snorkels for all or refunds.

And I wouldn't be hesitant to participate in future GBs, just suck up the extra 3% when using PayPal or pay through PayPal with a credit card so you have the fraud protection offered by both entities.

 

Thanks for the clarification blackout, gives me much more confidence that some level of understanding will be achieved with the help of tcbob's involvement. Im hoping this is the start of positive progression for you guys!

Im sure if that is indeed the case, then tcbob will be able to confirm that. Currently there are too many undisclosed factors involved that keep this situation in the grey to safely assume most things right now. Regardless, the right folks seem to be involved and we should hear sooner than later what is going on and what action might be required next.

Thats the problem, he answered our questions and left us with a bunch of more questions, he didnt clarify anything at all. He needs to come upfront and tell us all the truth! ALL OF IT! so we can figure out a solution to this cluster fuck he has created...
I read some of you want to give him till tomorrow night to give us our answers or our solutions, before seeking legal help. I agree and count me in. I am offshore but luckily the two websites that my company hasn't blocked are TW and GMAIL. lol

This is my first and last GB I'll be involved in.
The reality is this is a public forum and we trusted a complete stranger with a bunch of our money. Fuck this GREEDY POS and his bullshit excuses. @mahaloTaco you need to come up with a solution quick cuz your about to experience one hell of a shit storm.

I have been in 2 since this one and i have already received my products from those... i have been in 6 or 7 total, they are great! but one thing i did learn from this gb is that next time I will just pay the extra 3% for piece of mind through Amazon. no more "friends and family". Buying from omeone like @ramonortiz55 is awesome, he is on point with all of the group buys he does.
We just all got shafted on this one...

 

No digging on my end. Posting private, personal info is against the rules here, and for good reason.

Everything I posted was available for anybody to see on his Instagram feed except his cell phone number, which he posted in another thread on TW.

I wouldn't cross the line of posting someone else's private info online. I was just assembling what already existed for those less inclined to search for it and may be interested in other methods of contact.

Nobody should be using it for inappropriate purposes.
