Went up Bethel to try and get in some snow, but only about 1-2" up there. (6000ft) Then went up bald mt, and came out the wenas. Made for a good day trip. Was surprised to be the only truck up there all day. The fog lifted for a bit and got some good views.

So you're still on stock gears? Amazing build! Needs a shell or rtt and bed bars to complete the look tho haha

Still on stock gears for now, but that will change next year.

Currently working on OBA, in prep for the gears and lockers. Also will be picking up an RTT and rack soon, as the wife and I will be taking a trip to Utah next year.

Stock gears are fine off-road. Freeway sucks, going up hills alll the time.

Most likely one of the summit series from CVT and either relentless fab bars, or build something custom.

I'll have to check it out. I was liking their 8"bars for the hi lift mount.

I was about to buy them for that reason and perfect height, but I really wanted aluminum and so glad I did.

I kinda like the idea of steel, so you can weld and modify to your liking. Also with bed bars, I don't think the weight saving is enough to really matter.

Not so much weight saving but sliding the tent on/off scratches them and then starts rusting

I'm probably going to come over next weekend and I'll bring the cv shaft then

    Haha yeah it is.

I was told that there are areas in the potholes that are shallow enough to use waders so I might go over and check that out. Although I have a feeling there will be a lot of people since it's thanksgiving. Also another way to retrieve them is a fishing pole with treble hooks
