Oh yes, they can be easier to steel. The LED is accessible right from the front of the truck. Cali Raised sells security hardware on their site for installs like this.

I got word yesterday afternoon that they will be shipped to me on Friday next week or the following Monday. So we have another week to wait. But I will get them before this is over with plenty of time for you guys to check them out and get them in your boxes!

It's a work in progress. See my build thread.
    Two questions:
    1. Will we be able to swap the standard harness for the new one?
    2. Do you know if anyone has used the standard one as a foot switch? (Sorta like an old style dimmer switch)

If you buy the premium harness when available I will automatically swap it out for you. If you buy it after the fact, I will just ship it to you for the same price. We would kind of take a couple dollar loss if shipped separate, but thats just part of introducing a new product like this after many LEDs have been sold. Either way it's the same price and we will work through whatever logistics to get it to you.

Never seen one used with a foot switch, but you could, just replace the push button on the free harness with a new foot button.

I was actually thinking that maybe the push button that came with the regular harness.

In the pics it looks like it might work.

Sorry, kinda late and did not read too much into it cuz of the great price and got kinda excited but...

was wonderin bout how do I go about getting the "new" switch? Is it with the new harness? If so, would it be possible to get the newer style, I don't mind waiting and paying addl few bucks for the upgrade.

    Thanks again for doin this!!!

does turning tires to black wall out count? How bout added snug top rebel.
It's too small, and it's not really strong enough to put pressure with your foot. But works perfectly with your finger.

Sorry for the late reply, long day in the shop!!! Day of rest, nahhhh

Cool idea but not the button on the standard harness. Like @Nickel said, it's only big enough for a finger and I don't think it's designed to be stepped on. You could probably find one online, wouldn't be too hard to make work.

Check out this page from our last group buy. A lot of great info here. Hoping to do a how-to video when we get the premium harnesses in!

Yup about 10 days out on the premium upgraded harness. You can get a Mic Tuning switch and wire it up to the standard harness if you want to save a couple bugs and are able to follow the wiring diagram and such. The premium harness has it all included and is for the guys like me who just want to do it one time the easy way haha. I have don't all the crazy rewiring on a dash conversion on my old 3rd Gen 4runner and I am happy to pay for it now hahaha.
