    Hello,
In August I picked up my 2013 Tacoma with 60k miles already logged on it. The reason for the upgrade was due to having a large amount of issues with my previous vehicle, Nissan xTerra, which at about 120k miles practically died on me, amounting in thousands of dollars in repairs. Im really hoping to keep my tacoma for as long as possible and I want to know what is necessary/required in order to keep it in great shape mechanically. Beyond standard oil changes what should I be doing. Particularly is there anything I should be doing with it at its current milage, ~63k miles?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, not much of a car guy.
    Thanks,
    -Jack

Is there an owner's manual included? If so, it should all be in there.

In all honesty I didn't even think to check an owners manual... But really what Im looking for is best practices, not so much the bare minimum or basic requirements.

I'd change the front differential fluid, transfer case, and rear differential fluid and also do the rear differential breather mod if its not already done!

Regular and routine oil changes and tire rotations.
Don't forget about the air filter & cabin filter (Cabin filter can get nasty dirty in only one year). Get yourself in the habit of checking 'stuff' - Radiator fluid/level. Brake fluid color/level. Steering fluid, clutch fluid. Usually - there's nothing to worry about but at least you'll know what it looks like and can notice changes. Run some Fuel injector cleaning in it once in a while (Techron). Diffs, transfer case, and transmission oil changes.
Don't forget spark plug changes & front & rear driveshaft lubrication also.

And, doesn't hurt to crawl under the truck and look around. TAke notice to things....so the next time you look, you'll know or if things have changed.

I'd start with making sure the 60k service is done.
