took down my lower dash panel to access the upper row of switches on the left side of my 14 dclb. Went to pop out a blank to use the space for a light bar and noticed the wiring for what I believe is the inverter was plugged into the back of the blank. Seems odd to me. You suppose the inverter is there just missing the switch and the bed plug?

I'd guess the inverter is not there. Logistically I'll bet it's easier for Toyota to stock one wiring harness for as many different configurations (cab and type) as they can and then just cap off any unused connections as opposed to having a unique harness for each vehicle configuration.

With IGN ON and a multimeter, test the lime green (1) and lime green with black tracer (4). They are IGN power source for your added switches.
