I searched but couldn't find anything....

Anyway, this is driving me bonkers.

It's either the sunroof, the sunroof cover, or something in the overhead console (OffRoad model with crawl control and MTS).

It only does it when cold.

If anyone knows a fix, I'd be forever in your debt. I almost drove the thing into a bridge abutment on purpose today.

Try going to your dealership and see what it is! Mine did this for awhile and i think they adjusted something and it just stopped. Paid nothing too

Just had my entire headliner replaced because of that. When you pull down the center console, there's a black plastic piece that's not glued down causing the noise. Two weeks for a new headliner though.

It was free under the warranty. Just didn't have my truck for 2 weeks.

Open the sunroof and locate the clips that have the velcro on them. You'll see the in the perimeter of the opening. Mine did not line up properly and some were not mated as they should have been. :annoyed:

    I'll do this asap.

Going to the dealer is always the absolute last resort for me, so if I can fix it myself, I always will.
