Newest Addition + We've moved + Order Delay Updates

I just wanted to hop on here & give everyone a few updates!

First of all, as you may be noticing, we have a new sales rep here at Pelfreybilt! Please welcome our incredible friend, Michael Meier aka @mh.meier to #teampelfreybilt He's been working with us for a few months now, and as you may be noticing, he's amazing with answering questions here on TW, as well as Facebook, instagram, via email or over the phone! We've known Michael for five years now, and are thrilled to have him working with us to provide you with outstanding customer service & support!

Secondly, we have finally moved into a bigger facility and couldn't be more excited! We will now be sharing our facility with our powdercoater and look forward to that process being streamlined & quicker for you all! With this move, we will be able to carry more inventory, and will be offering installation of our products on site!! Please bear with us though, we literally just moved in on 10/3, so we need some time to settle in & get back on track; we are behind on orders right now, which leads me to...

Lastly, we have had several delays in production. One was obviously caused because of the move. However, we also have had delays with our rear bumper gates, due to our material supplier being back ordered on the tubing we use. We refuse to cut corners or quality, so instead of going elsewhere, we stick with our supplier & wait to insure you get the best quality products from us! In addition, we had some issues with a few of our bumpers so had to halt manufacturing on the 03-09 T4R bumpers & fix the production issue. We are moving along now-but obviously all these issues caused some delays. We've done our best to inform each of our customers affected, but if we missed you, please know it wasn't intentional. We're doing our best to get everything re-organized, streamlined, caught up & moving quickly again!!

Missed this thread and patiently waiting for my sliders and skid plate adapter plate to be ready for pickup!

now I have to Drive further to pick up my bumper when i do order it. Congrats on the Move. Is your Line X supplier nearby or do you do that in House?

 

We do our Line-X out of house with Line-X of San Diego.
