Hi, I have a '05 Tacoma 2WD 4cyl. I'm wondering if there is an aftermarket Limited Slip Differential (LSD) someone can recommend.

I've just checked it out, it looks like I don't have LSD. I'm want to use the truck for driving in sand, snow, icy road, and maybe some towing. I should've bought a 4x4 taco, but this is what I'm stuck with. Do you have any suggestions to upgrade my tacoma? So far I want to install a CAI, exhaust, and headers just to boost some HP. But I'm starting from scratch and don't know squat.

Detroit Trutrac is an aftermarket LSD

Doug Thorley and LCE both make headers for the 2TR-FE 4cyl engine.

Your air intake pulls from the fender, so it's already "cold"

No problem. Check out some of the build threads and you'll see a ton of mods.
