Paint protection on TRD Pro

i was cleaning and waxing the truck when I noticed on the front bumpers, fender flares and side mirrors there appears to be some type of thick plastic material. There's nothing on the hood though. Is this the paint protection or something else? The reason I ask is because the truck didn't come with paint protection or any film added to it on the options lists. As a matter of fact there were no dealer installed options. Have other TRD Pro owners noticed this? Just curious if they put it on and forgot to charge for it?

 

Yes, that is the paint protection. It should be under the door handles, on the mirrors and should include the hood as well.

Thanks!! It's not on the hood unless it's a complete hood cover. I thought maybe the TRD Pro had it as standard. But I'll take it either way!!
