My MTR's are siped. But I've yet to drive them in the snow. We'll find out soon enough and I'll let you know if I notice any marked improvement over my last set.

Which lugs did you have siped? Also interested because I definitely don't want to do any ice skating if I get a set

They're siped all over, inside lugs, outer lugs. I bought them that way from a guy who was gonna do a lot of snow wheeling but jumped to 35's right away.

I ran mtrs before, non siped, and yeah they suck in ice and snow, bit not any worse than other MT's... In fact they're better than the BFG KM's. I'll report back after I get them in the snow though.

i cant commit to either weekend yet... still haven't got confirmation yet on our out of town visitors for this sunday, and the next weekend i may be out of town
myself and an unnamed acquaintance :anonymous: had a brush with the 'donut patrol' a couple months ago where we may or may not have exceeded the posted, recommended, preferred and advised vehicular rate of travel on one stretch of governmentally owned blacktop

much to my chagrin i was duly informed that my licence had apparently also expired. even more irksome was that said smokey marked this small oversight as a 'misdemeanor' instead of an 'infraction' on the little yellow slip of paper, which according to a very polite lady on the phone meant i could not pay online, i would have to 'appear'
soooo... my ass is in traffic court in Truckee 12/2. :annoyed: fml

Bed rack should be done next week.
