    my 2014 Tacoma has 265/65 R17 tires.
I notice that BFG K02s are not recommended.
I had these on my FJ and they were great why can't they be used on the Taco?

They can be used. They're a great tire, there's just a bunch of d-bags on here that say otherwise.

1.75" Billy's plus 1/4 spacer on both sides. 1" block in rear. 265/70/17 nitto g2 SCS matte dark bronze 6s
KO2s are great but I'd get the c load for tacoma.

Depending on the size of tire. I had E load 265/75/16's on my 16 TRD OR with MT and noticed no decrease in pull or MPG's. Now that I'm lifted, I'm running 33" Cepek Extreme Country's and the rolling weight is actually about the same as the 31" KO2's.

The BFG's are a good tire and I see no reason not to use them on a Tacoma. They are just over priced and over rated. You can do just as well for less money.
