    Bought them already like that from @Nimble9

    They are stock TRD Sport wheels, and I think what he did was sand them, and them used Rustoleum black spray paint to do it.

    I sanded them, washed them, then primer, then paint :) They should hold up well!

    Also the tires were mounted already, so I masked the edge off with painters tape
